Staff were incredibly polite and went out of their way to accommodate us, even moving us to a pool access room that suited our needs better. The breakfast buffet offered a wide range of delicious options, though I wished there were more choices available daily. The pool area was tranquil with a pleasant temperature, perfect for lounging. However, the coffee maker area inside the cupboard under the TV lacked proper space to make drinks comfortably. Also, I noticed there weren't enough hooks in the bathroom for towels. Being on a main road caused some pedestrian traffic issues, but we managed fine walking to the beach in about 15 minutes. The hotel feels like an oasis amid the vibrant local environment. Overall, it was a delightful stay, but a few tweaks could elevate the experience further.

Surprised in the best way!

Our overnight stay exceeded expectations! The spacious family room was a true gem, complemented by a large swimming pool and delicious breakfast. The staff were incredibly kind and supportive, making us feel right at home. With competitive pricing and nearby dining options, this place is a hidden treasure.

The dining options at the hotel were a real treat. The breakfast buffet had a wide range of choices and was downright delicious. Not to mention, the kids absolutely loved the well-maintained pool, ideal for a family getaway. Plus, with a short 15-minute stroll to the beach and plenty of nearby eateries like Warung Mbok Luh and The Hub Bali, we never ran out of local culinary adventures!

The spacious room was great for my wife, two teenagers, and me. The staff was super friendly! Loved that we were just a short walk from Sanur Beach and plenty of shops and restaurants.

In my wife’s opinion, more hooks in the bathroom would be great for families.

The family room offered great comfort, perfect for our group of three. Breakfast was a highlight with its amazing variety, and the coffee was a delightful surprise. However, the room placements could be improved. rooms 101 and 102 felt too far from the pool area. It would also benefit from more options for accommodating additional beds, especially for larger families like ours.

I had an amazing time with the spacious room featuring a comfy king-size bed, and I loved how they made custom eggs for breakfast just the way I wanted! The large swimming pool and the garden area were perfect spots to relax and unwind after a long day. The staff really made us feel welcomed, like they genuinely enjoyed serving us. One morning, I asked for a special order at breakfast, and they whipped it up just the way I liked it, which was a nice surprise during our stay!
